Traditional Thai cuisine combines a variety of spices in order to create an incredible range of tastes, textures and aromas. Our spices are used to release the flavour of the overall dish, but never to conceal its components.
Although chilli is a fundamental ingrediant in many Thai dishes, it is the balance, detail and variety of spices such as coriander, lemon grass, garlic, pepper, tamarind, mint, basil and pandanus that create the truly magical taste of Thailand.
